Rebecca Nohra
Director
Rebecca boasts a rich career spanning over 25 years, and has amassed an extensive understanding of business management, procurement, and maintaining streamlined workflows over the years.
In 2011, Rebecca co-founded Look Smart Uniforms alongside Karam Nohra, and under their guidance, the company has experienced steady growth. As a crucial member of the team, Rebecca supervises the business’ operations, accounts, and marketing, ensuring the smooth running of all facets of the business.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rebecca takes pride in her heritage as a descendant of the Biripi and Worimi people from the central north coast of NSW.
Karam Nohra
Director
Karam is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the apparel industry. He has a diverse background in sales, procurement, project management, and delivery, which has equipped him with a broad skill set and a unique perspective on the industry.
Prior to founding Look Smart Uniforms in 2011, Karam worked as an Account Manager with one of the largest manufacturers in Australasia. He was entrusted with managing a portfolio of over 800 licensed venues, which helped him develop a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of his clients.
As the founder of Look Smart Uniforms, Karam has established himself as an expert in timeline management and ensuring efficiency to meet client expectations.
